The Eugene Airport is looking to hire a Civil Engineer! Open until filled! Review of Applications - July 28 2024. The Airport Civil Engineer 2 manages the development and implementation of airport projects by providing direction to consultants responsible for project development including design analysis feasibility studies budget and schedule. Establishes project goals coordinates with stakeholders negotiates timelines/schedules and reviews project plans specifications and estimates. The Airport Civil Engineer 2 is responsible for coordination oversight and management of outside consultants performing design and construction administration work. The Airport Civil Engineer 2 will have sufficient background knowledge in civil engineering principals to have the ability review technical plans specifications and cost estimates. Extensive knowledge of the FAA Advisory Circulars (AC) related to capital development and planning is required to complete this job.
