Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager leads and manages contract administration and order management activities including contract administration customer service and order fulfillment utilizing Crane Aerospace and Electronics common policies and procedures. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the Contracts Administration and Order Management teams ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to adhere to Crane Aerospace and Electronics Group business processes and that customer service excellence is achieved in the most cost-effective manner.

Essential Functions:

Review and validate bookings data in a timely fashion to support payment of sales commissions in accordance with the defined process.

Produce and manage metrics that demonstrate continuous improvement activities for customer satisfaction.

Manage customer set assignments to balance workload and maintain ability to effectively satisfy customer and organization requirements.

Responsible for customer satisfaction relative to the order fulfillment process including common processes standard work and tools.

Enter and manage orders and reschedules.

Any other task assigned by supervisor or management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years related experience in an aerospace industry. 3+ years of previous management experience in an aerospace industry.

Knowledge: Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures. Extensive knowledge and experience with Lean.

Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish goals based on extensive experience and judgment. Demonstrated ADVANCED skills in all of the following responsibilities: employee development team building business acumen continuous improvement systems and tools project management and Communication (written and verbal).

Education/Certification: BS in Business or related field.

Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Top Benefits:

Salary range: $97900 to $125800. Several factors contribute to actual salary including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities skills training and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
