At dSPACE you will advise engineers in the aerospace and defense industry who are developing these technologies.As the Aerospace and Defense Business Developer within dSPACE you will work closely with account managers who call on accounts in this segment to advise prospects and customers on the technical application of our products and be their primary contact for presales discussions in USA and Canada. Curiosity about our customers project requirements is an important prerequisite for competent consulting in the high-tech environment dSPACE operates in.ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Managers in North America calling on Aerospace and Defense accounts.Acquisition of new accounts to the dSPACE Inc portfolioGuiding account managers on account management to widen adoption of dSPACE tools within their organizationsPresentation of our products and technologies at Customer sites Tradeshows Conferences and other marketing events.Advising account managers on quotation and proposal preparation and coordinationQualificationsBA Degree or higher in the field of aerospace engineering electrical engineering computer science physics or comparableExperience in selling and/or working in the Aerospace industryStrong communication skills and high customer focusHigh degree of self-motivation and ability to work in a teamWillingness to travelWhat you can expect from usInternational teams in a future-proof industry.dSPACE onboarding to get you off to a good start.Targeted trainings to enhance your technical skills.Flexitime for balancing work and family life.In cooperation with EGYM Wellpass we offer a comprehensive company fitness program.We pay you a voluntary monthly net inflation compensation of 150 in addition to your salary.Our corporate day care center just one of our family perks.Our dSPACE spirit: We are all on a first-name basis.
