• Pay Rate of $17.00

• • Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player
  • Being flexible to work any shift including weekends and holidays

• • Welcome and greet customers with a smile
  • Communicate well with customers coworkers and store management
  • Know the store layout to help customers find what they need and answer their questions
  • Operate a cash register efficiently
  • Follow company policies including cash handling and loss prevention procedures
  • Inform management about pricing inventory and out-of-date issues
  • Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom
  • Sort and organize damaged and outdated products and notify management of out-of-stock items
  • Keep the store neat and clean by sweeping dusting straightening merchandise and taking out the trash
  • Place stock orders receive deliveries and load/unload trucks
  • Continuously replenish stock on the sales floor
  • Assist with inventory counts and resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Perform other related tasks as needed

• Excellent interpersonal skills capable of interacting with diverse personalities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capability to lift 40-60 pounds
• Comfortable working in an environment exposed to varying temperatures
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
