Lead the Escape Management Process pinpointing root causes and enacting corrective measures.
Drive cross-functional teams for swift resolution of critical issues.
Cultivate collaborative ties across departments customers and suppliers.
Oversee and optimize RMA processes to ensure timely completion.
Generate and present quality metrics to propel improvement initiatives.
Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs for continuous enhancement.
Offer technical expertise and maintain strong rapport with operational teams.
Investigate and rectify quality and delivery concerns through comprehensive reviews.
Enhance inter-departmental communication for efficient status updates.
Manage MRB parts in review for seamless resolution.
Profile
Proficient in utilizing RCCA tools to drive effective root cause analysis.
Skilled in interpreting engineering technical data such as manufacturing or part drawings to provide guidance to cross-functional teams.
Experienced in managing Quality Management Systems and using MRP/ERP/SAP systems for production control planning and manufacturing execution.
Demonstrates resilience in handling challenging situations and devising solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with management customers and government agencies.
Knowledgeable about aerospace quality standards including AS9100 AS9102 and ISO.
Must hold US citizenship due to government contract requirements.
Preferred certification as a 6 Sigma Blackbelt or equivalent.
