We have job opportunities available for Ramp Agents located at the SBD airport in San Bernardino CA. Experience preferred; but not required as training is provided. We offer internal promotion opportunities and a competitive wage.

Job description: The Ramp Agent is responsible for providing ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft. This position loads and unloads freight and or baggage handling.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Duties/Responsibilities:

Loads unloads services guides pushes back and directs aircraft

Transports Cargo to and from the aircraft in a safe and timely manner

Weighs stacks picks up and delivers all cargo and accompanying paperwork and delivers to the appropriate location

As qualified operates all power and other ground equipment including push backs tugs tow bars etc. as directed in order to complete Aircraft Operations

Ensures safety of all aircraft cargo equipment and personnel at all times

Provides friendly services to all co-workers and customers

Keeps all areas clean and in an orderly manner including storage areas ramp area break rooms and surrounding work areas

Marshalls parks push back and controls all aspects of security of aircraft while under their control

Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Maintains a safe and secure work environment

Ability to use a computer

Ability to work in stressful situations

Fluently read speak write and understand English

Forklift experience

Ability to travel locally

Morning shifts

Must possess a valid drivers license

Experience: Relevant 1 year

Education: High school or equivalent
