Provide flight simulator and ground instruction in accordance with UCM and FAA regulations and procedures. Maintains student training records ensures that course standards training requirements and objectives are met by each of their assigned students.

Education and Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent Formal training (specify) Other Education and Formal Training

Flight Training: Must be FAA Certified Flight Instructor.

Computer Skills Word-Processing Experience Other Experience Licenses Certificates Registrations and State/Federal Requirements of Position: Criminal History check Subject to random drug testing Drivers license Other Licenses Certificates Registrations and State/Federal Requirements

FAA Certified Flight Instructor with Second Class Medical Certificates.

Special Skills Abilities and Knowledge: Attention to detail Communication skills including oral written and/or nonverbal Human Relations/Interpersonal skills Physical abilities: mobility/strength/dexterity/balance/coordination/endurance Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines Maintain confidentiality Other Special Skills Abilities and Knowledge

Knowledge of and ability to apply effective instructional technique in the classroom and in flight.
