Position Purpose

This supervisor position works directly for the Airport Manager and has responsibility for management of the Max B. Swisher Skyhaven Airports FBO . The supervisor oversees all aspects of the FBOs day-to-day operations. The position requires exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills to create a professional organization delivering the highest level of customer service to UCMs flight school airport tenants transient operations and the flying public. This position acts as point of contact and representative in the absence of the Airport Manager.

Education and Formal Training

Bachelors degree (Specify field(s) of study below) Education/Experience substitution (specify)

Bachelors degree in Aviation is required.
Masters degree is preferred.

Education may be substituted for experience or if experience may be substituted for education. Note that equivalencies are based on the following: AA = 2 years experience; BA/BS = 4 years experience; MA/MS = 6 years experience; PhD = 8 years experience.

1. Two (2) years airport experience required. Masters degree in aviation may be substituted for experience.
